Chairman Gladys Brown testified before the House Consumer Affairs Committe on April 26, 2017, on House Bill 107, which would authorize a Natural Gas Distribution Company, with PUC approval, to implement a distribution sytem extension charge on customer bills in order to recover the costs of extending service to unserved and underserved areas.
