The Pipeline Safety Division of the Pennsylvania PUC enforces state and federal pipeline safety regulations.
The following are inspection forms that the Pipeline Safety Division uses to conduct inspections of regulated pipeline utilities. Engineers review operation and maintenance records, review company procedures, and verify pipeline facilities in the field are in compliance.

Pipeline Operator UCTA-8 Accident Report
All jurisdictional pipeline operators shall complete and submit this form (or a comparable form as defined in the Code) to the Commission when they experience a reportable accident involving the facilities or operations of the public utility. The Form is due within 30 days of the occurrence of the accident. 52 Pa. Code Chapters 57.11, 59.11, and 65.2. Revised August 2023.
