Technical Assistance



Support (Procedural):
For a detailed explanation of how to create an eFiling account and how to electronically file documents, please review the eFiling User Guide.

The PUC has prepared an eFiling Tutorial Presentation for stakeholders to explain how to eFile documents with the Commission.

Please email procedural efiling questions to ra-efiling@pa.gov or call 717-772-4945.  Business hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  Inquiries made outside of these hours will be given priority treatment as we strive to respond to all inquiries/questions by the next business day.

Support (Technical):
If you experience any technical issues or other errors while using the eFiling website, please send an email to the PUC Help Desk or call 717-787-8227. The PUC Help Desk hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (excluding State-observed holidays).

  • Issue encountered
  • Briefly describe the action being taken when the issue was encountered

    Maintenance:

    Certain functions of PUC's eFiling system will be unavailable every day from 11:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. for routine maintenance. Additionally, maintenance will be performed on the third Saturday of each month and the system will be down for approximately 15 minutes at some point between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. The functions that are not available during these maintenance periods are: POR searches, user account modification and eService Directory.
