Redlined 2011 TRM Update - This redlined version of the 2011 update to the Technical Reference Manual at Docket No. M-00051865, adopted at the Feb. 24, 2011 public meeting, is being provided for the convenience of all interested parties.
Note: CEEP staff believes this redlined version of 2011 TRM reflects most of the changes made to the 2010 TRM, but we cannot give 100 percent certainty that all the changes were captured. Many of the formatting and structure changes will not be reflected in this version, however actual text, equations, algorithms, and protocol-related information have been included as much as possible. The reader is advised to make their own assessment. As such, where this redlined version of the 2011 TRM update conflicts with the final, non-redlined version, the final, non-redlined version of the 2011 TRM update controls.
