Alternative Energy Resources, Energy Conservation and Efficiency, and DSR En Banc
Hearing
The PUC held a special public hearing Wednesday, Nov. 19, 2008, on alternative energy
resources, energy conservation and efficiency, and demand side response (DSR) tools
and programs to assist consumers. Docket No. M-00061984.
The hearing will solicit comments from parties on topics in the list of questions
below. As part of the informal en banc hearing process explained in the secretarial
letter below, the five PUC Commissioners will question the speakers after their
testimony. Interested parties have until Oct. 15 to notify the Commission if they
wish to testify or provide comments at the hearing.
