Bureau of Administrative Services
The Bureau of Administrative Services was created in August 1999 to provide advisory
support to the Executive Director for administrative matters in the operation of
the PUC. The Bureau is comprised of the technical administrative services functions
of fiscal, office services, budget, assessments, medallion, contracts, travel and
management information systems.
The Bureau prepares supporting documents for the budget, implements fiscal procedures,
manages the assessment program and the fiscal portion of the medallion program,
and manages contracts and travel programs for the Commission. It also plans and
forecasts data processing resource requirements, provides management information
systems support programs for the agency, and provides office services functions
of mail distribution, messenger service, space facilities allocation, stock room,
inventory control, printing and duplication and automobile services.
