DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
This is responsible telephone receptionist work conveying general information on the Public Utility Commission, making referrals for further assistance, or taking consumer complaint or termination cases on prescribed forms according to established guidelines.

WORK HOURS:
Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
The hours are flexible depending on call volume, and training periods can differ as well.

 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY:
Four years of customer service or consumer service experience; or

Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
