Missoula Plan

Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission entered an order at Docket No. M-00061972 establishing a workshop on the federal Missoula Plan. The Missoula Plan was filed at the Federal Communications Commission in Docket No. CC 01-92. The Missoula Plan proposes to reform intercarrier compensation arrangements under state and federal law.
