Doherty and Company Inc. (DCI) completed its Review and Evaluation of Performance Metrics and Related Remedies of Verizon Pennsylvania Inc., and DCI's report and Verizon's response were released by the Commission at the Public Meeting of March 18, 2004. Docket No. M-00011468F0002 and D-03SPS007.

The consulting firm of DCI had completed its Review and Evaluation of Performance Metrics and Related Remedies of Verizon PA. This Review was required by the Commission's December 10, 2002 order at Docket No. M-00011468. That order is available on the Commission's website on the Search Page.

The focus of this Review was Verizon PA's calculation and reporting of its performance metrics and related remedies for the first three-month period of it new metrics which became effective to be April 1, 2003.
