The eFiling website has been optimized to work with Internet Explorer 9.
In addition, eFiling has been tested and works with the following browsers using
the Windows 7 operating system:
- Internet Explorer 10*
- Internet Explorer 11*
- Google Chrome (latest version- 31.0.1650.63)
- Mozilla Firefox (latest version - 26)
*Some functionality, including logging into
efiling, may be affected when using Internet Explorer 10 and 11. Modifying
your browser Compatibility View settings to include the “pa.gov” domain will improve
website performance with these versions of Internet Explorer.
The Compatibility View settings can be found by clicking on the "Tools" button
or click "Tools" from the browser menu bar. Click on Compatibility View Settings,
then add "pa.gov" to the list of Websites to view in "compatibility" mode (see below).

Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (excluding State-observed holidays).
Please include the following information in your email:
- Browser you are using
- Issue encountered
- Briefly describe the action being taken when the issue was encountered.
Certain functions of PUC's eFiling system will be unavailable every day from 11:00
p.m. to 6:30 a.m. for routine maintenance. Additionally, maintenance will be performed
on the third Saturday of each month and the system will be down for approximately
15 minutes at some point between 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. The functions that are
not available during these maintenance periods are: POR searches, user account modification
and eService Directory.
