HARRISBURG – The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) today released the agenda for a third Public Hearing on the current and future wholesale electricity markets, which will be held on Thursday, Dec. 18. The hearing will take place at 12:30 p.m. in Hearing Room 1, Keystone Building, 400 North St., Harrisburg. It is open to the public.
The five PUC Commissioners will conduct the en banc hearing to solicit comments from several groups including the Electric Power Generation Association, COMPETE Coalition, Leggett and Platt Inc., PSEG Energy Resources & Trade, Organization of PJM States Inc., Iberdrola Renewables, and Dr. Roy Shanker, Independent Consultant.
