The PUC, in cooperation with utility companies, nonprofit organizations and state agencies, provide utility education and networking opportunities to the general public, and health and social service agencies who promote access, awareness and outreach to consumers in need.

How to Save Energy in Your Home - Please join us for a panel discussion on how to save energy in your home and reduce your energy bills. The discussion will include resources for a home energy assessment, financial programs to improve the energy performance of homes, and guidance on shopping for electricity suppliers. The FREE event will take place on Wed. April 10 at the Philadelphia City Institute Library from 6:30 to 7:30 PM.

Opportunities for Women in Energy: The Voice of Experience - A free event where women can learn more about the opportunities for women in the energy sector. After a tour of Steamfitters Local 420's Apprenticeship Training Facility, enjoy a lunch and panel discussion on jobs in the energy field. You must RSVP by Friday, April 25.
